Product Registration
The State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) issued an Announcement on October 14, 2004, which announced a list that must be licensed by SFDA's Health Food Registration Department before selling. This list covers various sorts, such as health food, cosmetic and medical devices etc. Under the administration of legal requirement, a SFDA’s license must be obtained before any overseas relevant products are imported into China.
