Update of CCC Standard for

GB9254-2008: Information technology equipment—Radio disturbance characteristics—Limits and methods of measurement

No.31 Bulletin (2009) of CNCA* published on 2009-06-11 promulgates that the

GB9254-2008: Information technology equipment—Radio disturbance characteristics—Limits and methods of measurement, which will implemented starting from 2009-9-1.

Four kinds of products will be affected due to this update: IT equipment, Finance and Trade Settlement Equipments, Telecommunication Terminal Equipments and Wireless LAN Equipments.

- From now to 2009-8-31, applicant can choose either GB9254-2008 or GB9254-1998 for EMC test.

- Since 2009-9-1, only GB9254-2008 can be used.

- For product tested under GB9254-1998, CCC certificates must be updated before 2010-9-1. Otherwise, those certificates will be withdrawn on 2010-11-30.
