Update of Standard for CCC Certification:

Plugs and Socket-Outlets for household and similar purposes

No. 3 Bulletin (2009) of CNCA* published on 2009-01-08 proclaims that the following national standards for Plugs and Socket-Outlets for household and similar purposes have been issued and will be implemented from 2009-08-01.

Standards:
- GB2099.1-2008; replacing GB2099.1-1966
- GB1002-2008; replacing GB1002-1996
- GB1003-2008; replacing GB1003-1999

The renewal of all relevant CCC certificates certified according to pervious standards should be completed before 2010-08-01. Otherwise, the related CCC Certificates will be suspended first and then withdrawn from 2010-11-01.
