Change to the Period of Validity for all CCC Certificates

According to the No. 42 bulletin (2009) of CNCA issued on 2009-8-28, the period of validity will be only 5 years for all CCC Certificate issued from 2009-09-01. For those certificates issued before 2009-09-01, the Certificate Transition will be accomplished during product modification, standard change and similar methods.
