Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) issued a bulletin dated April, 2009 about NRCan’s proposed amendment to Canada's Energy Efficiency Regulations for External Power Supplies. The bulletin had proposed September 1, 2009 as the “Effective Date” for the amendment. After considering the comments from the stakeholders during Webinar on May 27, 2009 and from comments received by email, NRCan is proposing to delay the “Effective Date” to sometime in 2010. The new “Effective Date” will be announced later.
