Plugs and Socket-outlets for household and similar purposes - 2009

A municipal market surveillance* for the plug and socket was performed in shanghai during the second quarter of 2009 in accordance with National Standards GB2099.1-1996 and GB1002-1996.

Totally 41 batches of products were inspected and qualified products were 40 batches. The qualification rate is approx. 97.6%. The nonconforming items mainly concentrate on the screws and connections.
