GSM mobile phone and accessories: Li-ion battery and battery chager - 2009
A market surveillance* for GSM mobile phone and accessories: Li-ion battery and battery chager was performed in Shanghai during the third quarter of 2009 in accordance with relevant Standards GB 4943-2001, GB/T18287-2000 and YD/T1215-2006. Totally 42 batches were inspected adn the result was as follows:
a) all qualified products were 27 batches;
b) all non-qualified products were 3 batches;
c) non-qualified GSM moblie phone was 1 batch;
d) non-qualified accessory-Li-ion batteries were 11 batches;
e) non-qualified accessory-chargers were 7 batches.
The nonconformities found concentrated on the following items:
GSM mobile phone:
1) transmitting power and burst timing
Accessory - Li-ion battery:
2) Discharge performance at 20 ℃;
3) Thermal Impact Test;
Accessory - Battery:
4) Electric strength;
5) Construction (shape and dimension of direct plug-in equipment)
